This policy covers txpublicadjusting.com, operated by Rise Public Adjusting LLC ("we", "us"). It applies to information collected through the website, not to the separate written agreement you sign if you hire us.
Information you give us
When you use a contact form, we collect what you enter: typically your name, phone number, email address, property city, type of damage, claim status and a description of the loss. We use it only to respond to you and to evaluate and handle your claim.
Information our free tools use
The calculators, checklist and inventory builder run in your browser. What you type into them stays on your device; some tools save progress in your browser's local storage so you can return to it. We don't receive that data unless you choose to send it to us. The storm report lookup opens public NOAA pages; those sites have their own privacy policies.
Technical information
Like most websites, our host records basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) in server logs for security and troubleshooting. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts are requested.
How we share information
We don't sell or rent personal information. We share claim information with your insurance company and other parties involved in your claim only as needed to handle it on your behalf, or when the law requires it.
Text messages and calls
If you text or call us, we use your number to communicate about your claim. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete information you've submitted through the website, subject to records we must keep under Texas law for clients we represent. Contact us at the number below.
